Professional Environmental Services

CCI Environmental provides professional environmental services supporting abatement, remediation, demolition, and emergency response projects across regulated and industrial environments. Since 1989, CCI has delivered environmental solutions for projects ranging widely in scope, complexity, and protective requirements.

CCI’s professional environmental services are delivered by trained personnel with experience evaluating site conditions, developing work plans, and implementing controls for known and unknown environmental hazards. Services are performed in controlled and uncontrolled environments, with an emphasis on safety, regulatory compliance, and project execution tailored to site-specific conditions.

These professional environmental services support clients facing asbestos, lead, mold, hazardous materials, and emergency response needs across commercial, industrial, and government facilities.

Whether in a controlled situation involving known materials such as asbestos, lead, or mold, or in an uncontrolled environment, CCI can provide the environmental services you need most. CCI utilizes only the most qualified and experienced personnel to evaluate, plan and implement procedures to control any environmental problem you or your company may encounter.

The most valuable resource CCI has to offer is our personnel. It is our belief that we have the most qualified and experienced personnel in the fields of environmental mitigation and remediation.

All CCI management personnel have extensive backgrounds in environmental services and are dedicated to providing our clients with the expertise necessary to handle their projects.

All CCI field personnel participating in asbestos and lead abatement operations are trained in the proper use of personal protective equipment, as well as the regulatory guidelines that EPA/AHERA and OSHA have established for abatement work. Additional training is required for all management and supervisory personnel who are responsible for abatement projects.

CCI personnel who respond as a part of the CCI emergency response team to the uncontrolled releases of hazardous materials are trained in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120. This training includes a minimum of 40 initial hours in Hazardous Materials response activities and continual upgrade training. CCI’s response technicians have over 25,000 combined hours of training and thousands of combined responses.
